LIABILITY AGREEMENT: This agreement is a contractual arrangement of this Company for limousine service and pertains specifically to the performance by the customer in the limousine.

• In addition to the hourly rate shown for the car and chauffeur, the client agrees to pay for any damages or cleaning charges in excess of usual use and wear.
• Decision as to the unusual wear and use of the vehicle rests with Charge & Ride Limousine Inc, solely, and its experience as to general use of hired cars, and its decision is final.
• Acceptance by the party hiring the car constitutes complete agreement and understanding of the charges given upon. It is his or her responsibility to return the car to Charge & Ride Limousine Inc in the same condition as when received, and agreement to additional payment as consequences of abuse to the car during the time of use.
• The client further agrees to pay all legal fees necessary if this is turned over for collection as a consequence of non-payment.
• Food may not be consumed and smoking is not allowed in the vehicles. Passengers are expected to behave appropriately at all times while in the vehicles.
• The consumption of any alcoholic beverage is prohibited except by express permission. Also prohibited is the use or possession of any illegal substance. If, at any time during the course of the service, there has been any illegal consumption or other inappropriate behavior, the service shall be terminated. All money shall be forfeited.
• The driver has the option of returning to point of pick up or ending service at the point of infraction.
• Due to the high risk insurance factor, passengers are not allowed to stand up through the moon roof while vehicle is in motion.
• Passengers are expected to follow all rules and regulations as well as all laws to be followed in District of Columbia and all Washington DC metropolitan areas such as Maryland and Virginia.
• Both parties, drivers and cliental, shall abid by the laws and rules stated and to follow the Constitution. Client and driver agrees to all terms therein before signature and dating of this contract
